Agent Managed

With the Agent Managed option, also known as NDIS Managed, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) pays your providers directly. This means the NDIA handles all the financial transactions on your behalf, making the process seamless and straightforward. This option lets you focus more on your goals and less on administrative tasks.

Self Managed

If you prefer more control over your funding, the self-managed option might be right for you. Plan Managed

The Plan Managed option offers a middle ground between the other two options. With Plan Managed, the NDIA includes funding in your plan to hire a Plan Manager. This Plan Manager pays your providers for you and helps you keep track of your funds. It combines the flexibility of self-management with the ease of having someone else handle the financial aspects.
