Our health team will assess the injury and collaborate with participants in order to maintain skin integrity for optimal wound healing.
Our support and health care professionals play an important role in making sure participants who live at home receive accurate information and/or assistance to ensure medications are taken correctly.
A1 Community Care Providers deliver specialist nursing care for participants who have care support needs. Training is undertaken by staff so that they can best respond to each participant’s specific and/or complex care needs.
